1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ZenithXposure ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of this website. By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.
2. Services and No Guarantee
ZenithXposure provides lead generation and automation services. While we strive for excellence, specific results (e.g., lead volume, revenue increase) depend on market factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by Singapore and international copyright and trademark laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the Unfair Contract Terms Act of Singapore), in no event will we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act
A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these Terms.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Singapore. ZenithXposure and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
